Why an AlpaCafé gift voucher?

All gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The recipients can choose the date of their visit that suits them best.

Personal touch

We have several voucher designs to choose from, so you can pick the one that best suits the occasion – a birthday, an anniversary, Christmas or simply a small joy. You can also add a personal message to the gift voucher.

Delivery and redemption

Once paid, the voucher will arrive in your e-mail as a PDF document that you can easily print. The recipient simply redeems the voucher code when making a reservation – the code is entered while filling in the billing details.

✱ Validity: The voucher is valid for 1 year from purchase. Its validity cannot be extended.

✱ Redemption: You can use the gift voucher for any activity with alpacas we offer. No change is given from the voucher, and if you choose an activity that costs more than the voucher value, the difference must be paid.

I RECEIVED A VOUCHER – HOW DO I USE IT?

✱ Where do I find the voucher code? – The voucher code is printed directly on the voucher. It is an 8-character code made up of letters and numbers.

✱ How do I redeem the voucher code? – The voucher code is entered when you book your date in the ‘Reservations’ section. First choose a free date that suits you best, then fill in the initial details. After that, a page for your billing details will open. Right at the top of this page you will find a field for the voucher code from your voucher. Once you enter the code, its value will be deducted from the final amount of your order.
