Welcome to our family-run business AlpaCafé, whose vision is to bring unique alpaca experiences to Košice.
Our journey began in September 2023, when we welcomed two beautiful alpacas into our family – Coco and Lima. These wonderful creatures bring us indescribable joy every day and have become the heart of our resort. Since then, our herd has grown by three more alpacas – Diego, Luna and Alma.
Nowadays, when people are looking for new ways to spend their quality time, we have decided to share our joy and offer you a unique opportunity to enjoy time in the fresh air with our beautiful alpacas. These friendly animals, native to South America, are not only charming but also intelligent and love to enjoy the company of others. Alpaca breeding has become widespread because of their exceptionally soft wool, the finest in the world. Pet them and feel it for yourself.
✱ ALPACA THERAPY O.Z.
Thanks in part to our daily contact with our alpacas, we became more and more aware of their calming presence, their sensitivity and their ability to bring a sense of peace. We see that in a world full of stress and constant rush, many of us long for a place where we can stop for a moment, catch our breath and recharge.
That is why in May 2025 we founded the civic association Alpaca Therapy o.z., which is dedicated to developing and supporting therapy with alpacas. Our aim is to create a calm, safe and welcoming environment where people can experience the soothing touch of nature – on a walk, in a quiet moment while feeding, or at special events. We believe that even a short encounter with an alpaca can bring calm, joy and inner balance.

Who are we here for?
Maybe you are tired. Maybe curious. Maybe you long for a touch of nature, for something you cannot hold, only experience.
Children who laugh out loud come to us, and so do adults who need to rest in silence. Mums, dads, grandparents, friends, those who are searching and those who have already found.
Alpacas do not speak, but they know how to be present. And sometimes that is enough.
For some, it is just a nice trip. For others, a rare moment of feeling safe. For people living with injuries, anxiety or exhaustion, these encounters can be a quiet way to heal. Without words, without pressure, at a slow pace.
We believe that the touch of soft fleece, gentle glances and the calm of nature can bring back something that is easily lost in everyday life. Our door is open. To everyone who needs to simply be for a while – in peace and acceptance.
Friendship with our alpacas is close to our hearts, and we want you to feel part of our growing family. At AlpaCafé you can choose from a variety of activities with alpacas, whether it is a walk with them around the grounds or relaxing together over a small refreshment. We hope that our place brings joy and rest into your life and that the time you spend with us will be an unforgettable experience.

„Krásne a magické miesto ✨ veľmi milý a ochotný personál. Boli sme na double date a stálo to za každé jedno €, jemnučké a zlatučké alpaky sme venčili, kŕmili a hladkali. Plus sme o nich mali skvelý výklad od milej pani. V cene sme mali aj pamätnú fotku z polaroidu, kvalitné vínko podľa vlastného výberu a chutné talianske pochutiny. V areáli sú tiež zajace a mačky, my sme mali štastie aj na milé mačiatka a milých ľudí ktorí boli na danom termíne s nami a bol to skvelý zážitok, doteraz máme pekné spomienky a verím, že sa ešte vrátime..“

Hneď na úvod Vás očarí krásne prostredie, privítajú Vás tieto úžasné zvieratká, ktoré by ste si hneď najradšej zobrali domov 😊 príjemný dojem dotvorila aj skvelá pani sprievodkyňa, ktorá nám pútavým a vtipným spôsobom prezradila všetko (aj o niečo viac) o alpakách. A sušienka s nápojom sú už iba sladkou bodkou za úžasne stráveným časom 😊 Určite odporúčam vyskúšať na vlastnej koži.“
