AlpaCafé is a lovely and original choice for all kinds of occasions. Our café, set in a unique natural environment, offers pleasant and flexible spaces that suit many types of events.

✱ An unforgettable experience for everyone…

At AlpaCafé we offer three event packages for birthday parties, events and team building. Each of them brings a special experience with the alpacas and the relaxed atmosphere of our AlpaCafé bistro.

STANDARD package

✱ Venue reservation for 2 hours
✱ 45-minute programme with the alpacas: a walk with a talk about interesting facts from the world of alpacas
✱ 1 drink of your choice

✱ Price: €21 / person

PREMIUM package

✱ Venue reservation for 3 hours
✱ 1-hour programme with the alpacas: a walk and alpaca feeding
✱ 1 drink of your choice
✱ 1 snack from our menu:
Nachos / Alpaca cookie

✱ Price: €25 / person

EXCLUSIVE package

✱ Venue reservation for 4 hours
✱ 1.5-hour programme with the alpacas: a walk and feeding of both young and adult alpacas
✱ 1 drink of your choice
✱ 1 snack of your choice from our menu

✱ Price: €31 / person

✱ private events at alpacafé

We organise private events for groups of at least 10 and at most 25 people.

A smaller group?

If there are fewer than 10 of you, you can book a specific public event just for your group (for the length of that event), and stay on afterwards until the next activity begins. With this type of booking AlpaCafé is not closed just for you – the outdoor terrace stays open to other visitors.

✱ IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Extending the rental of the space: if you wish, it can be extended for a fee of €70 / hour. The extension must be agreed in advance.
Own drinks: bringing your own drinks is not possible.
Cake and refreshments: you are welcome to bring your own cake and small refreshments free of charge. Serving is up to you, or you can borrow our tableware free of charge.
Decorations: we do not provide decorations at the moment, but you can bring your own. You can prepare the space before the event starts – our staff will be happy to help.
Music: you can connect to our Bluetooth speaker. During the programme with the alpacas, please turn the music down.
Parking: free parking is available right next to the grounds. No need to reserve parking spaces.

✱ PAYMENT

Reservation fee: the whole package is paid in advance by invoice, based on the number of people given in the reservation. Your celebration is confirmed once the event has been paid.

Payments on site: additional orders (e.g. extra drinks, desserts or souvenirs) are paid on site, in cash or by card – whichever you prefer.

✱ NOT SURE ABOUT THE NUMBER OF GUESTS?

If you are not sure about the final number yet, we recommend paying only for the minimum number of people you know will definitely come. We will contact you two days before the event and together we will confirm the final number of guests.
You can then pay for any additional guests on site after agreeing with our staff – in cash or by card.

✱ WHAT DOES EACH PACKAGE INCLUDE?

✱ DRINKS (all packages)

Each person gets 1 drink of their choice included: any coffee or hot drink marked ‘*’ in our drinks menu. Throughout the event there are bottles of filtered water, which we refill free of charge.

✱ SNACKS (PREMIUM package)

In the Premium package, each person gets 1 snack of their choice: Nachos with melted cheddar and BBQ sauce / ketchup, or our homemade Alpaca Cookie – a sweet finishing touch to your coffee.

✱ SNACKS (EXCLUSIVE package)

In the Exclusive package you can choose from refreshments divided into individual and shared snacks:

Individual snacks (1 snack per person):
– Nachos with melted cheddar and BBQ sauce / ketchup
– Sweet pancakes with vanilla and Lotus cream
– Hot chocolate with whipped cream and our homemade alpaca biscuit
– Gingerbread cake

Shared snacks (for every 2 people):
– Antipasti platter: a selection of Italian cured meats (prosciutto, mortadella, salami), cheeses, olives and baguettes (1 platter for at least 2 people)
– Tiered stand with fresh pastries: a selection of pastries, seasonal fruit and a green snack with hummus (1 stand for 2 people)

Please let us know your choice of snacks in advance, ideally when booking or at the latest 2 days before the event.

✱ Cancellation terms

7+ days before the start of the event

Free cancellation: if you cancel at least 7 days before the event.

3 – 6 days before the start of the event

50 % cancellation fee: if you cancel 6 to 3 days before the event.

Less than 2 days before the event

If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the start, we charge the full price of the reservation.

✱ PHOTOSHOOTS WITH ALPACAS

Looking for a unique place for photos full of emotion, nature and a special atmosphere? At AlpaCafé we offer an original photoshoot with our alpacas – ideal for wedding, engagement, family, maternity, portrait and lifestyle shots.

Our alpacas are wonderful companions who add a special charm to your big day. You will experience natural beauty and calm in the heart of nature and take home beautiful photos that will be the pride of your album.

Price: €95 for each hour or part of an hour
The price includes help from our staff, who will look after the alpacas and be there for you the whole time
Coffee and tea for you and your team during the photoshoot

On request, we can also arrange a photographer or other services. We will make sure your photoshoot is an unforgettable experience, full of love, joy and calm with our lovely alpacas.

If you wish, you can also plan a photoshoot during our regular alpaca activities – in that case, please book a whole event just for yourselves, as other visitors usually take part in our events.
